College Prep: Roommate Rummaging

I have not posted in awhile.School is a bitch.

Update: I’M GOING TO AGNES SCOTT COLLEGE!!!!

image

I’m so excited! I can hardly believe I’m going to my top choice! My parents are wonderful people! Yay, time to be poor!
I’ve already been on the Class of 2016 facebook page. It’s very strange (but in a good way!) that these girls I’m talking to will soon be my friends and classmates.A couple are already following me on here (to which I say thank you! <3 I don’t reblog much, sorry to disappoint!) And one lucky(?) chick gets to be my roommate…

Which brings me to my post.As I’m filling out the Enrolled Student Form, which will help determine my roommate, I get nervous about me filling out my info. It’s like I’m making a profile on eHarmony; I want to get the best match possible but I don’t know how to phrase things without sounding like a complete idiot. Or rather, I think I sound like I’m being too picky and/or confusing. I think I’m making this way more stressful than it needs to be.

I guess I want a really good roommate so I can be friends with her (see?I’ve got crazy expectations!) because I’m going to a college where I won’t know anyone. It’s exciting but I want someone I can bond with easily for the first few weeks of school. We don’t have to BFFs but still. I want someone I can watch Pride and Prejudice or the Matrix with on a given night, set up a reading corner in our room for both of us (if space permits) and show her around Atlanta. Someone that’s nerdy like me(or at least can tolerate it) and will put up with my guyfriends when they come visit me. But I also want her to be unique, creative, and has fun attributes of her own, like knitting or singing (both of which I can’t do).Above all, I want us to be able to go try new things together sometimes. Jesus, am I making any sense? I think I’m just confusing myself even more.

I suppose I will just put “Other than a psychopath killer or bible thumper, will take anyone” to make it easier for us all. TT___TT
Ok, I guess I’m done (I may or may not have originally written this in order to avoid studying for AP exams…)

Also, to my Scottie girls that just started following me; my posts are usually stupid and long. I apologize.
